We value and appreciate your referrals so much, that for every person you refer, you will receive a $25 credit towards your account. You will automatically be entered into our monthly gift baskets and semi-annual raffles, where you stand a chance to win fun prizes, such as a $500 Visa gift card, iPad Mini, Dinner Certificates, and other goodies sure to make you smile.

Ask them to call and schedule an appointment, and tell them to be sure to bring this card with them for their first visit so that we will know to apply the $25 credit to your account.
